PROJECT MANAGEMENT

PRTEC offers project management and strategic planning support to local municipal governments and regional scoped projects. This includes among other things:

Assistance in writing proposals for grants
Leading and coordinating municipal projects that integrates multiple parties
Either through our own resources or by subcontracting to strategic partners assist in the preparation of strategic and/or regional plans
Advice municipal governments in areas of economic development
